ICCI Welcomes Carlo Asquini as a New Member of Its Board

Milan, October 20, 2023. We would like to welcome Carlo Asquini to the board of the Indian Chamber of Commerce for Italy. Thanks to his experience and professional background, we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to the growth of our chamber in northeastern Italy and to international business development opportunities for Italian and Indian companies.

Since 1998, he has been providing consulting services in the field of corporate finance (mergers, acquisitions, and company sales, company valuations, debt restructuring, etc.) and private equity. He worked for consulting firms such as Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Meliorbanca Gallo, was part of the New Europe Team at Unicredito Italiano, which handled the acquisitions of commercial banks in Eastern European countries, and served as Investment Manager for the Star Venture SA fund. Since 2004, he has focused his attention on the region of Northeastern Italy and his business ventures through his joining Studio Asquini and the establishment and management of Alpimerchant S.r.l., a consulting firm based in Udine. In 2008, Carlo became a member of Italian Angels for Growth, one of the leading business angel groups in Italy. In 2016, he co-founded the Unicorn Trainers Club association in Udine with the aim of promoting and facilitating the development of venture capital and angel investing activities and fostering the professional growth of the sector by encouraging the exchange of experiences among members. Since 2015, he has served on the Board of Directors of ACB Group S.p.A.
